General Policies
- We reserve the right to cancel, refund, or refuse service to customers who violate our policies or request unreasonable accommodations for matters beyond our control.
- We strive to provide a positive experience for all customers. If you have any issues, please contact us and include your name, email, and order number. We will work to resolve them in a fair and timely manner.
Pre-Order Policy
- By placing a pre-order, you agree to the projected delivery date. However, due to unforeseen delays caused by external parties or third-party (production, distribution, etc.) disruptions, delivery timelines may shift beyond our control.
- Order Updates: For pre-orders, we will provide updates on progress via email to keep you informed about any significant changes to expected delivery timelines.
- We offer full refunds for pre-orders if you decide to cancel due to extremely delayed deliveries. While we work hard to meet timelines, we appreciate your patience in understanding that some delays are outside our control.
- Compensation Policy: We do not provide additional compensation beyond a full refund for delays caused by third-party manufacturers, factories, or shipping carriers, etc.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery Times: Shipping times depend on product availability, your location, and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships. Average delivery time for in-stock products within the U.S. is 7–10 business days.
- Order Tracking: You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account. For pre-orders or special items, we will email updates as they become available.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on order size and delivery address. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the U.S. Shipping costs for all other orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Liability: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your packages. We are not liable for packages as soon as they are handed off to the shipping carrier, although we will try our best to help you resolve the situation.

Delivery Area: We currently only ship within the United States.
- Missing/Undelivered: If your package is marked as delivered but not received: contact our customer service with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.
- Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo/video documentation. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and offer a solution.
- Updated Shipping Information: Shipping information for pre-orders can be updated anytime before the order is packed and shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
